History and present of the our company

The company was established August 1, 1993 through a transformation of former state owned company Elektromont Brno s.p. / Metering Division into a privately owned company of Elektromont servis Brno, spol. s r.o. At the beginning the new company focused on traditional activities like inspection revisions and tests of electrical facilities. During a couple of years we extended substantially our scope of services to design works, servicing and repairs of electrical facilities, deliveries of large and complicated projects, sales activities. We also increased number of both technical and assembly workers. That enabled a dynamic development of our company.

In 1996 the company headquarters moved to Šámalova Street 62 in Brno – once premises of the state owned Elektromont s.p. Here we established our administrative center accompanied with a design office, a sales department and storage facilities. At that time we also procured Třebětice Branch (close to Hulín) and completed our Meeting and Accommodation Facilities in International Business Center, Příkop Street 8, Brno, which also includes parking in basement garage.

The year 1997 confirmed that our company acquired a fix position on the market among other companies with business of electrical installations. An evidence for it, except for other aspects, is our capital participation in KPB INTRA Company, which enabled an extension of their manufacturing facilities thus providing an increase in sales of voltage and current instrument transformers for HV systems.
